My brother Croydon and his wife Fiona gave birth to their first baby girl last night in Nelson Hospital.

We got a txt from Croydon yesterday afternoon saying that Fiona’s water had broke the day before and that they were heading to Nelson to get induced at 4:30pm.

Then at 2:21am this morning, I got the following txt:

Little baby Girl Eilidh Sutherland Hodge.
Mum & Bub both well weight 7lbs 5oz. 3.310kg
1/6/2009 11:53pm So happy xxx

Kim, Joshua and I are extremely pleased for them both and can’t wait to see photos which I’ll post up here once we get them.
